Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2026

This policy explains how Satidraws ("I", "me") collects, uses and protects your personal information when you visit satidraws.com, contact me, or buy from my shop.

What I collect

• When you contact me: your name, email address and message.

• When you place an order: your name, email, shipping address, phone number (if provided) and order details.

• Payments: handled securely by Wix Payments and PayPal. I never see or store your full card details.

• When you create an account: your login details and order history.

• Automatically: basic technical data such as your browser, device and pages visited, through cookies and site analytics.

How I use it

• To reply to your messages and commission enquiries.

• To process, ship and support your orders.

• To keep the site secure and understand how it's used, so I can improve it.

I don't sell your personal information, and I only send marketing emails if you've signed up for them.

Who I share it with

Only the services needed to run the site and fulfil orders:

• Wix, which hosts the website and store.

• Wix Payments and PayPal, which process payments.

• Printful, my print-on-demand partner, which prints and ships your order and receives your name and shipping address.

• Shipping carriers, which deliver your order.

These providers handle your data under their own privacy policies. Some may store data outside your country.

The site uses cookies to keep it working (for example, your cart) and to measure visits. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some features may stop working.

Third-party content

The site shows content from Instagram and links to Patreon, Ko-fi, TikTok and X. Those platforms may collect data under their own policies when you interact with them.

How long I keep it

Messages and order records are kept as long as needed to help you and to meet legal and tax requirements, then deleted.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, or object to how it's used, by emailing me. I'll respond as soon as possible.
